Verstappen: I never thought I could win so many races

The Red Bull driver spoke about winning the Canadian Grand Prix.

Max Verstappen said after winning the Formula One Grand Prix in Canada: I am very happy. The match was very simple. Today was colder than Friday, we slipped a bit but managed to work with the tires.

The driver of Red Bull and leader of the ranking of the current Formula One season noted: This is the hundredth victory for Red Bull. An incredible achievement! I never thought I could win so many races but we worked hard, we deserved this success and now we are enjoying it. The hardest thing today was keeping the temperature and the grip of the tires, it wasn’t easy but we did it and that’s the most important thing.

Verstappen, winner of the Canadian Grand Prix, once again made a historic achievement. The 25-year-old Dutchman won the Formula One Grand Prix for the 41st time in his career, equaling the three-time world champion, the legendary Brazilian Ayrton Senna.

The record holder of this indicator is British Lewis Hamilton with 103 victories.
